🌟🌟Childrens Mental Health Week 🌟🌟
Yesterday as part of our interaction with Children’s Mental Health Week, children in Key Stage 1 and 2 took part in an online Art lesson .
It was an amazing lesson led by Sinead McDermott of the The Art and Design Factory.
The theme was ‘Let’s Connect ‘ and it focused on looking at and discussing the painting ‘Road and Cornfield’ by artist David Hockney.
The lesson got the children to think about their surrounding countryside and to be more present and mindful when outdoors.
The children really enjoyed it and were so proud of their finished masterpieces.
