👣The Daily Mile! 👣 Today we started our Daily Mile initiative. The Daily Mile is a worldwide initiative to simply get children to move a mile every day . It is important we provide several opportunities for children to be physically active throughout the day. In addition to this, studies have shown that when children take part in The Daily Mile ,they are more focused in class, have better memory retention and improved moods!
