Primary 6 & 7 were busy today working on number properties - specifically square numbers, prime numbers, factors and multiples. They used Izak 9 cubes to come up with different ways of making 20, 30 & 40. There was also time for some of the pupils to identify prime numbers in ascending order. Time was also given to practice our times tables against the clock using ‘Hit the Button’ on the Interactive Whiteboard. We will be continuing to work on these areas this week for mathsweek Ireland 😊➕🧮➗➖💻🔷
