Paws B Mindfulness

Here at St.Matthew’s P.S we really embrace the importance of Mindfulness for all our pupils! We have welcomed Madonna from ‘Aware NI’ who will be talking  to our P4-7 children all about Mindfulness! She will deliver a 6 week programme ‘Paws b (Pause and b) to our P4-7 children and we so look forward to learning lots more over the coming weeks!
