Today we were delighted to welcome Hannah from the ‘Ulster War Museum’ to our school as part of our World Around Us topic-World War 2.
Hannah brought with her artefacts and memorabilia and a wealth of knowledge too. She was very impressed with all the information that our P6/7 class were able to share with her too!
The children were able to explore various pieces of memorabilia, each with a unique and very interesting story attached to it
We were all fascinated with the various artefacts which helped the children to further consolidate their History learning on World War Two.
Together with Mrs kealey they even got a chance to try on some of the artefacts too!
Thanks Hannah for coming along , we thoroughly enjoyed you being there!
