Yoga After school Club

We just love our new After School Yoga club for P1-7 pupils with Nicola. Children are developing their well-being in mind ,body and spirit,feeling so relaxed and chilled 😀😀
Yoga has been shown to boost self confidence, improve self-esteem, reduce stress and anxiety and improve fitness and physical health!!
